With the new year comes big changes for nationwide coaching practice, Helping Reach Potential. The North Wales based sales, leadership and team development organisation is expanding to welcome a new member of the team on board.

After a successful 2017, owner-director Hector Riva-Palacio has announced Kevin Hutchison has joined HRP, enhancing its service offering and extending the company’s reach across Scotland and the north.

Over the last twenty years, Kevin, a native Glaswegian, has held several senior sales and leadership development roles at two of the biggest Blue Chip organisations in the UK, Coca Cola Enterprises and Camelot Lotteries.

Hector and Kevin are no strangers. A dynamic and energising duo, they worked together at Camelot and were highly-regarded for their ability to coach and engage large audiences.

Hector said: “Kevin joins us with a wealth of experience in sales training. He’s a creative problem solver, who can adapt to the most challenging of circumstances.

“However it’s Kevin’s sense of purpose that sets him apart. His mission in life is to help people reach their full potential and this alone makes his acquisition a perfect match with HRP.”

As you’d expect, Kevin brings his own unique blend of strengths to HRP. Immensely creative, he’s an ideas man and thrives on providing imaginative solutions to developing others. Kevin is an architect at helping people reach their full potential, from an individual and team perspective.

Kevin said: “I’m really excited about starting a new challenge with Helping Reach Potential and delighted to be reunited with Hector again. I am looking forward to bringing my unique style and skills and blending these to deliver inspiring and creative training solutions.

“I am so fortunate to be joining a business whose ideas and beliefs are so aligned to my own.”

It’s been straight to work for Kevin who, in collaboration with Hector, has been busy developing a range of team development products and services for HRP.

“We’re really excited, there’s not been anything like this before. Pooling our strengths, we’ve been working on a brand-new and unique product that will supercharge sales teams,” said Hector.
