Sue has 18 years experience in financial services. Specifically, she was responsible for transitioning over 400 financial advisory practices to be ready for regulatory changes. This meant delivering a change management programme that included, business planning, client segmentation, client proposition and investment process. Sue was also asked to speak as an expert in transition, 2 years running at the CIFA conference in Monaco.
In addition to the above Sue has experience in the care sector. She spent 3 years at Home Instead, an international, multi award winning franchise where she supported over 30 franchise offices. Sue was also the lead for rolling out their bespoke Leadership and Coaching programmes. Designing the coaching course herself which was successfully implemented in the network.
Finding out what the ‘real’ problem is and empowering businesses to make the changes they need, enabling them to thrive, is where Sue’s strengths lie. With a high EQ, Sue is tenacious, yet compassionate, taking time for businesses to reflect and understand what needs to be done and most importantly enabling them to achieve their goals.
